Dream Camp Creative Facilitators
Millie Dok is a Kenyan living in London who is passionate about creative writing. Millie's career has spanned publishing, NGO's, education and regional government. She's a true storyteller who loves to share her passion with others.

Before moving to the UK, Millie worked for Storymoja in Nairobi, a creative company that publishes a wide range of African children's books.
Millie worked alongside African authors to run reading and writing initiatives for children, parents, teachers and writers including events, public book clubs, editing and writing workshops, storytelling, spelling bee and writing competitions. Over many years and in partnership with the Hay Festival (UK), Storymoja organised the largest international book festival on the African continent.

Kenzi Ireland is an experienced dance artist, specialising in African dance forms with over 10 years’ experience as a professional performer, choreographer and teacher. Kenzi has travelled to Senegal, Ghana and Gambia to deepen her knowledge and experience of traditional African dance, has trained and performed with companies and professional dance practitioners from around the globe and has performed across Wales and the UK with ‘NIMBA African Dance & Music’.

Kenzi is an empowering teacher and an inspiring performer, delivering high quality dance experiences. She has lived and worked in Bristol for many years.

Jeanette Bain-Burnett is a trained facilitator who studied dance and choreography before leading the Association of Dance of the African Diaspora for seven years. In her day job she's a senior executive for a national funding agency.
​
She's passionate about empowering girls. She's a participation specialist and an experienced mentor of young people and adults. Jeanette grew up in Jamaica.
